What is in the report?
Two rooms, eight unchecked entries and two illustration photos. The sample includes its recorded date, evidence references, missing information and page numbers.

What does it leave open?
Names, keys, meter readings, alarm observations and the coverage checklist are not recorded. No party has signed or agreed to this report. The PDF identifies those gaps instead of treating them as satisfactory.
For a real inventory, check every suggestion, add missed items and record inaccessible areas. Retain original photos and videos alongside the report. A date or file hash alone does not establish authenticity, condition or complete coverage.
